[Bioperl-l] WARNING INCOMING: collection consolidation

Hi,

Paul Edlefsen and I are performing a fairly extensive consolidation of
the various seqfeature collection classes.  We will make sure that all
the regression tests pass, but be prepared!  

When this is done, Bio::SeqFeature::CollectionI, Bio::DasI,
Bio::Das::SegmentI, and Bio::SeqFeatureHolderI will be collapsed into
Bio::SeqFeature::CollectionI, and the Bio::SeqFeatureI will be
modified to implement Bio::SeqFeature::CollectionI.

Another minor change is that Bio::SeqFeatureI will change from a
RangeI to a LocationI.  This shouldn't break anything ;-)
