[Bioperl-l] Issues with Bio::Graphics resolved

Hi All,

I think I've gotten the Bio::Graphics issues fixed.  I also found and fixed a 
problem with Bio::DB::GFF's handling of the ninth column of GFF files.

So from my point of view, all my stuff is ready for 1.4.
