[Bioperl-l] updated bioperl Download page

In preparation of the 1.4 release, I put some information about downloadable 
bioperl packages into

	http://www.bioperl.org/Core/Latest/

See what you think and if I have created a wrong link or done something 
stupid, let me know.

I've created two categories: "Current Bioperl Releases" and "Latest 
Development Releases", but I am open to other suggestions. For example, DB 
and Microarray might belong to an other, third category?

P.S. It might be time for an other biosql/bioperl-db release. ;-)
