Something like this, I think:
        my $io = Bio::SeqIO->new(-file => $file, -format => "genbank" );
        my $seq_obj = $io->next_seq;
        my $anno_collection = $seq_obj->annotation;
          my @annotations = $anno_collection->get_Annotations('comment'); #
or 'keyword'
          foreach my $value ( @annotations ) {
            print "tagname : ", $value->tagname, "\n";
            print "annotation value: ", $value->as_text, "\n";
          }
I didn't actually run this though...
