[Bioperl-l] Improvements for PDB writing

Just commited a few changes for the PDB writing code to cvs.

- segID is now read and written. Can be accessed via $atom->segID() .
- writing out atom names should be better (correct ?)
- TER records are placed at the correct location in the output
- continuation lines now have the right number of spaces at the
  beginning of the line.
