I've not heard of any problems with the release candidate so I'm going to
write the release announcement and send it out. Speak up if you have a
problem.

I see Lincoln has checked in one more fix to the branch so I'll make sure
and include that.  As for the t/Exception.t problem, I've not got time to
delve into it, it must be a flaw in the perl interpreter for 5.6.0, as I
did try it out on perl 5.005 and there was no problem. I guess I can just
have it skipped on 5.6.0 instead of < 5.6.1

Any other issues with the INSTALL, Docs, etc?  I'll put a note in the
INSTALL & PLATFORM about how a few people have reported success with
ExtUtils::MakeMaker 6.00 on IRIX.
