[Bioperl-l] releases {1.0.2, 1.1}

[Hilmar Lapp]

I'm fine with skipping it if it doesn't indicate a real problem of the module code under 5.6.0. 5.6.0 is still abundantly used; e.g. my new Mac came with it and I'd hate messing around in their /System and /Library folders. My RedHat 7.1 on another machine also came with it.
