[Bioperl-l] howtos

I started a (main trunk) howto directory in doc/howto and the start of a
writeup for SearchIO.  This is in docbook format which is compliant with
the LDP reccomendations for writing documentation.  See the README
included in the directory on how to produce HTML,PDF,Text,RTF.  My current
HOWTO needs some more work but I hope to finish the draft and include the
HTML on the website within the week.  I hope that others who end up
writing HOWTOs will consider using this format.
