[Bioperl-l] Blast module for Arabidopsis (TAIR) database

Hi there,

I would like to know whether there is a bioperl module which can be set to run and analyse blast in the Arabidopsis database (TAIR)or if it is possible to search the dataset from TAIR in NCBI? If yes does somebody have a sample code from that I could start my script??
