I could use the Pdoc code to automatically extract examples from all synopsis 
in order to execute them. However, I might not be able to perform the examples 
execution right now => might need someone with a proper bioperl + dependencies 
installation to perform the runs.
I'll give a try to code the 'synopsis examples extraction' script and post an 
update by tomorrow.
