0.9.2 is out of the door. We are now working towards 0.9.3 (next week
sounds good to you?)


I will bash on the tests and check things work out. I could do the HMMER
stuff but if you get there before me, just check it in...


I guess we need to decide about how much of the old stuff (BLAST, BPLite,
HMMER) we keep. I'd like to keep alot but warn about deprecation.
