[Bioperl-l] removal of temporary files for blast.

Hello,

I'm using StandAloneBlast+BPlite to run local blast in batch, and then 
before the job was finished, the "/tmp/" directory was full. I believe one 
of the module generates some temporary files in that directory and doesn't 
do the cleaning job very well. How can I cope with the problem? Thanks!
