[Bioperl-l] Can't locate LWP/UserAgent.pm in @INC ...

Try running: 

	perl -w bptutorial.pl

to get usage info about subsections within the script, then run
individual ones avoiding remote calls, e.g.

	perl -w bptutorial.pl 5
