[Bioperl-l] CLEANUP: branch 07 to head ;cvs $Id lines

Guys,

I am doing the merge from 07 branch into the head. There are quite a
number of POD changes I made when we needed to get the 07 release
ready. 

I just got from Ewan that cvs $Id: $ lines should not really be in
files and I can really see why: every single file merge is complaining
about conflicts and they have to be manually resolved. 

So, I'll do this now. I'll start cleaning the $Id lines from 07, clean
POD from errors and most of the POD warnings, merge those changes into
the head, and get it done.
