[Bioperl-l] Variation_IO test, Genemark.pm test

The Variation_IO test script appears to be having problems on both
the branch and the main trunk. Apart from a huge output apparently
generated by a diff it concludes with

FAILED tests 5, 15, 25
        Failed 3/25 tests, 88.00% okay

Mark, we don't seem to have a test script yet for Genemark.pm.
Would you be willing to submit one? (You could also add it to
t/Genpred.t.)
