[Bioperl-l] BLASTALL -T

I'm problem with this command: BLASTALL and -T argument.

My homepage has a entry with blastall -T T (to return html page) and
it's ok, but when i run the same command in the line command, it's return :
 ERROR:invalid argument: -T.

I don't know why this arguments is ok in web and doesn't ok in the
line command.

Would you know where is problem?
