[Bioperl-l] learing through teaching

I'm teaching a short 3 day bioperl course this week, learning a lot about
what is difficult to understand for new people to bioperl (and
programming).  

First off, the examples in the Synopsis should always be runnable code.

Secondly, in explaining how to write a blast parser, shouldn't BPlite be
able to handle multiple queries in the same file.  Currently the code
doesn't have the ability to loop through multiple queries, Ian have you
done any updates, or am I perhaps missing something in the invokation.
