[Bioperl-l] SeqIO into a string

I had to write a script that did seqIO output into a string, added HTML
tags and then printed it to STDOUT. I could not find examples how to do it
and it took me a while to figure out. To save other the trouble I added an
example into Bio::SeqIO pod.   It's committed into both branch and main
trunk.

Peter, it might be good addition into the tutorial, too.
