[Bioperl-l] $VERSION into each file?

Go into interactive CPAN session ( perl -MCPAN -e shell; ) as a root and
give command 'r'. 

For me this claims that I have Bio::Seq module without version number and
suggests that I should install newer version from bioperl bundle 0.6X. 

If the new bioperl bundle solves that I am content with current versionless
status.
