What I understand to be the biocorba problems is most recent buglist brad
chapman sent out. I am getting all kinds of weird problems on my laptop
that I did not see before when working on solaris. I'm not 100% they are
not ORBit bugs 0.5.7. If you can go through the bugs that Brad sent out
on biocorba-l and see if you can track them and/or fix them. Perhaps the
best thing is to add a couple more lines to the testclients to test all
the methods of an object, if it passes perl<->perl I am happy to release.
BioEnv is rumored to be failing on some of the methods. I also have not
extensively tested the BioCorba::Client code, but most of that did not
change much (since our Bioperl interfaces have not changed). I suspect the
DB::biocorba and SeqIO::biocorba might need a little extra looking at.

Whatever you've got time for would be great, I have to be away from my
desk most of the morning so I won't be able to do much until
mid-afternoon.
