[Bioperl-l] happy bioperl ;)

Bioperl passes *all tests* with very graceful failure notices where
necessary (oooh I said to myself, we must have different versions of
TextWrap across our supposedly homogenous /usr/local's at sanger). I have
tested digital unix 4.0 series and 5. series with Perl 5.000404 (Sanger
production) and Perl5.6.0 and Linux i386 (desktop machine) 5.6.0, and Sun
(EBI machine) some version of perl

There was a double skipping of the game test which I fixed.


Looks good to branch over here... 


I'll be raising a pint for you Jason and Hilmar tonight...
