[Bioperl-l] minor 07 release to-do list

I'll handle #3,#4,#5. We all should make sure #1 & #2 are as complete as
possible.

(1) update CHANGES file for 07 release

(2) update PLATFORMS file for 07 release

(3) Get ready to roll out 07 specific sections of the bioperl.org/Core
website. Particularly the module listing that links to the POD html
translations. lots of new modules to link to :)

(4) update http://bioperl.org/Core/external.shtml and FTP site. Make
mention of the new Bundle::BioPerl module that can be used via CPAN.pm.

Also need to at least mention ncbi-blast, clustalw and tcoffee since we
have tests and code that look for those apps.

(5) Mention Bundle::BioPerl in Makefile.PL warning output
