[Bioperl-l] tests passing

I have GDB failing on some places but this might be a firewall/other
issue.


SeqFeature was failing due to a move to compile time intitalisation --- I
moved this to be run time.


I'll be looking further into GDB bu tat the moment, I think you can say
that it is "ready to go" from this side.
