[Bioperl-l] Sorry - 5.004 really complaining again...

Ok. We have a File::Temp::tempfile issue on 5.0004 - This is I guess
something new about everything just going through this tempfile
business...


t/largepseq.........Undefined subroutine &File::Temp::tempdir called at
blib/lib/Bio/Root/IO.pm line 448.
Use of uninitialized value at blib/lib/Bio/Seq/LargePrimarySeq.pm line
233.


This is causing all the tempfile stuff to fail there. 


I thought we had a "hand-rolled" tempfile system for 5.0004
compatibility. Not the case? Where should I be looking?


Index.t is now failing with a Segmentation fault (!). Could be a local
Perl set up problem <<sigh>>



I will investigate from home.
