[Bioperl-l] tempfiles

Whew, tempfiles are properly cleaned up, I also fixed BPpsilite code that
was creating iterationN.tmp in the local dir, these are not written to a
tempdir ($tempdir=$rootio->tempdir) and so the tempdir and all files
within are removed when the object is DESTROY-ed.  

We can try and get a tarball out in the next few hours to give those with
no cvs access a chance to see what breaks.
