[Bioperl-l] tutorial material

Thank you Jonathan,
BioPerl distribution has directories 'script' and 'examples'. I do not
think their use has been discussed lately. I think they should be used to
put in lot more stuff.
Can anyone come up with a good reason why Jonathan's script should not go
into scripts directory?
Likewise, Joel Sevinsky posted a newby question a week ago and Jason
replied with a script

my opinion, should go into examples directory .
I am happy to add them in if there are no stong objections.
