[Bioperl-l] does BLAST parsing working in (forthcoming) 0.7 on Windoze?

I believe this has been fixed (the alarm bug right?). Also, as hilmar
mentions you have the other option of BPlite in the 0.7 package

Please check out the main trunk from bioperl and test it. If you prefer a
