[Bioperl-l] GFF test hanging

The GFF test seems to be hanging. Is this deliberate? Has something not
been cvs updated or... 

I'll fix it if noone chirps back.


I fixed 2 of the three pSW/Ext bugs.


Going to update bioperl.pod as much as possible (bug #889)
