[Bioperl-l] Bug fixes and assignments

Ok. I'm signed up for the pSW bugs (859, 869, 215). The persistent IRIX
compatibility one I'd like to dodge as last time I did it I screwed up a
different platform. 

The HMMER one is a feature request not a bug. I may/may not get around to
that.
