[Bioperl-l] PPSEARCH, PRFSCAN, PRINTS

Just to make sure everyone knows and has had a chance to protest
or shout: These 3 parsers will certainly be removed from the
release, unless someone jumps in and revives them by tomorrow
(sorry, there's no test script and no sample output, I see no way
that I do that last minute).

If no-one pops up who would be willing to take a look at them,
they will also be removed from the development tree (timeline 3
weeks after release I suggest).

If you think this is not justified please say so.

sorry for the silence. I was away.
the modules parse output of some protein signature recognition
programs and similar to Bio/Tools/HMMER/Parse.pm

unfortunately we are not using them now.
