[Bioperl-l] GeneStructure: Interfaces

I created a directory Bio/SeqFeature/Gene and submitted the
interfaces GeneStructureI, TranscriptI, and ExonI. Please review
and give feedback. The interfaces follow very closely but not
exactly Ewan's proposal.

Implementations will follow tomorrow night.
