URGENT: bio.perl.org is dying (was: Re: [Bioperl-l] wincvs)

It turns out that bio.perl.org is having a very bad time (load value is up to 70). 
For the moment there are 66 'cvs' processes running owned by nobody. 

Can someone with the root pasword of this box look at this please.
