[Bioperl-l] Found bug in fasta.pm

Could you elaborate briefly what the bug with these lines actually is? I've
spent some time with checking that it indeed works for 'ordinary' fasta
records as well as some special ones Kris provided, so I'm curious about
which records make it do something wrong.
