Bioperl: making a random sequence

Thanks to all for numerous alternative methods of generating random
sequences.  One message I got suggested:

>My guess is that the problem lies in your method of counting 
>results.

and in fact that turned out to be the case.  The bug was in my counting
script, not the generation script!!  Doh!!  I won't bore you all with the
details of that one, since I was able to catch it myself.
