Bioperl: subseq w/ circular DNA?

Is there a way for BioPerl to deal with circular
DNA sequence? Specifically, I want to do something
like a subseq() where the "start" is LARGER than the
"end" (and the returned sequence is 5'-3' on the "top"
strand, encompassing the junction).
I think the question's clear, but I may be confused.
Thanks for any help.
