Bioperl: running local blasts

Here is the relevent code in our module:

  # _rearrange() is an instance method of Bio::Root::Object.pm and is
  # inherited by the Blast object.
  ($seq_a, $file_a) = $bobj->_rearrange([qw(SEQS SEQ_FILES)], %param);
