Bioperl: Pise release 5.a

Dear all,


Pise (Pasteur Institute Software Environment) is a program to 
generate Web interfaces for Molecular Biology programs. It has
now run for 3 years at Pasteur and we have thought it could be 
useful to others.

The distribution and installation procedure has been greatly improved
