BioWidget meeting, sponsorship & Bio::PreSeq

Too many crossed messages!

The organizer has effectively said we can nominate someone to give
a _talk_ at the meeting.  He specifically suggested Steve Chervitz, since
he'll be attending. 

I thought that it would be best if Georg or Chris were to attend.  I
gather Georg can't go; Lew and Chris might be able to go; SteveC
definitely is going. 

Chris, Lew, SteveC: which of you would prefer to speak?  Maybe if more
than one of you are there, you could tag-team!  [Splitting the talk into
_Goals_ (free software modules, shareable extenisble tools for
manipulating data) and _Implementation/Interface_ (Bio::Seq was cleanly
coded, it does this, it has thse limiations) might make sense]
