[Bioperl-announce-l] From MEME output to EST ... ??

Hi! everyone

I want to use the output (*.prf) of MEME in GCG
to search any match seq in EST database

but I had two difficulties

1) Due to using protein seq to generate profile
   How can I use the protein profile to search the DNA (EST) database !?
2) I can't find the program accepting the profile file generated by MEME in GCG

Is there any program which is able to recognize the file "*.prf"?

Anyone can give me some suggests?

or can indicate other way out?
