[BioLib-dev] Towards a release

I have a Mac Mini now - which really helps with the OSX builds :).

I have updated Staden io_lib to the latest release. EMBOSS is recent.

Build for Perl:

  git clone http://github.com/pjotrp/biolib.git
  cd biolib
  ./configure
  make
  make test

Should be OK on Linux and OSX. You can install 

  make install

and uninstall

  sh scripts/uninstall.sh

I am fixing the Cygwin version, and will upgrade Affyio. Next is
generating some documentation and we should announce biolib-perl-1.0.

Other modules follow after that.
