[Biojava-l] [Biojava-dev] Increasing Java version requirement for BioJava

We usually have 2-3 releases per year. That suggests that the 5.0 release
could be 6 months after the 4.2 release. For now I set the corresponding
milestones on GitHub to February 15th for the 4.2 release and September
13th for 5.0.
