[Biojava-l] Parsing embl format with biojava4

Ah yes, the eFetch endpoints have changed.  Looks like biojava-legacy needs
some maintaining.  :)

Please file an issue at https://github.com/biojava/biojava-legacy or I'll
get to it later today.
