[Biojava-l] PROFEAT: Solvent accessibility

That output looks quite different from that described in the Reference
Manual <http://bidd.cz3.nus.edu.sg/prof/manual/prof.htm>. Maybe there's a
parameter in the API to output GIST or CSV files?
