[Biojava-l] jars are not found in biojava-3.0.6-all

This may be what you're looking for.

There's an org/biojava and org/biojava3 directory.  The biojava3 directory
has an odd structure to it but the biojava seems to contain the right
artifacts. It also looks like the maven central repo hasn't been updated
with the point releases that have been going out.
