The fourth beta version for BioJava 3.0  has been released in our
Maven repository http://biojava.org/download/maven/

New things:

- tons of javadoc improvements
- a patch in the protmod module
- bug fix regarding automated download of chemcomp files in the structure module

A new set of javadoc files is available from:
http://www.biojava.org/docs/api_latest/
