Hi, I am able to get JMol to run on Eclipse, but I am having a lot of trouble getting biojava to run, I am not sure how to set up all of the class path, etc. I am new to using Eclipse and biojava. Is there a specific step by step instruction online available? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
