[Biojava-l] Java source files missing?

Hi Felix,

Yes, it looks like the src directory got lost out in biojava-1.6.- 
all.jar. I will have a look at the release build scripts and fix  
this. In the meanwhile, you could access the code via the public svn.
There is a branch  for this release in svn://code.open-bio.org/ 
biojava/biojava-live/branches/release-1_6
