[Biojava-l] BlastXML parsers

Mark Schreiber has kindly written some BlastXML parsers which can be
found in the biojava-blastxml module in the BioJava3 repository. If you
run your blasts with XML output, it will be able to fully parse every
kind of blast output supported by NCBI blast.
