[Biojava-l] query

Hi -

We don't use J2EE in biojava, although you could use biojava in a J2EE
app. Biojava can be easily used in NetBeans (for example I use
NetBeans). The easiest way to use it in NetBeans is to set up biojava
as a library and then use that library for your project.
