Dear All - Everyone knows that BioJava is open-source but you may not know that the Java JDK is in the process of being made open-source several parts already are including the javac and HotSpot runtime. https://openjdk.dev.java.net/ Next time you think the GenBank parser is slow maybe you could optimise the HotSpot runtime instead : ) - Mark
